Shipping Policy
Orders typically ship within 24 hours of payment. For Pre-Order and Back-Order items, please see item description for shipping times.
Please Read Before placing a Pre-Order...
When ordering a Pre-Order (or Back-Order item) on Pokechon, all other items in the cart will be shipped with the Pre-Order item. That means if a Pre-Order item ships in 1 month, you'll need to wait 1 month for all other items in the cart. If you want non-pre-order items shipped right away, please add them to a separate cart and check-out with a separate order. Orders cannot be partially fulfilled or partially cancelled.
Pre-Order and Back-Order purchases will be charged to your Card/PayPal immediately upon purchase. Orders can be cancelled before shipment but are subject to a 3% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This covers the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged when the initial transaction is made.

Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of sealed product in the TCG industry, we do not offer returns or exchanges. That said, if something arrives damaged or not as described, send us an email and we'll make it right | info@pokechon.com
