Porch-pirate theft is on the rise. POKECHON cannot be held responsible for packages lost (stolen) after they have been marked delivered by USPS. At the point of delivery, it is the customer's responsibility for the safety & security of the package. 
 
If you believe theft may be likely, We suggest you purchase a $4 shipping upgrade that will require USPS to obtain a signature upon delivery, 100% of the $4 goes to USPS; POKECHON receives no proceeds. All orders $300 and higher will automatically have this signature upgrade at no additional cost to you.
 
Shipping Insurance does not protect either party from theft. Insurance only applies to packages lost or damaged during shipment and becomes void once a package is marked delivered. If a package is damaged upon delivery or lost during shipment, POKECHON provides a full refund or replacement within 24 hours.
